Corn-cobbisar are sold all over the world. In Myanmar they are sold for a few 100 kyats on the streets. White and black is very common.
Not that much distinguish them from each other, the yellow one is sweeter and more crispy while the white and black ones are more soft and mushy inside. That’s my idea of it anyway..:p
