Located in the northern end of the beach.
There is a nice garden area surrounding all the rooms. It’s next to the beach and the more nicer rooms comes with aircon, bath and are quite good-looking especially the ones fronting the beach.
It’s cheaper in the low season (the rainy one) and more expensive during sunny days which will be high season.
Rooms are ranging from around $5-20 dollars depending on season. Breakfast is included in the price.
For you who wish to have fridge and aircon inside, one thing to remember can be that during rainy season, the electricity will only be on from 7pm to 5:30am. Meaning aircon and fridge will be totally useless during the day. During low season it gets quite cold during the night and a fan will do. In high season electricity is available from 6 pm to about 14 pm the next day.
The stuff is friendly and always up for a chat., especially during rainy days:p There is rooms-service as well a restaurant selling beer, wine and other liquors, staying open year around. No internet.
Room rates low season, 5 dollar room, simple but okey with two beds, batroom inside and working fan. Rooms come with windows and a porch viewing the resort area.
Room with air con, fridge and tv, for about 10 dollars.

Since December 2010, there is also an internet possibility in the Shwe Hin tha hotel. Rather expensive at 6000 kyats for an hour, but especially in the mornings the connection is okay and not too slow.
Hello Do you remember coconut;I staid past year 3 weeks in the hotel and I like to come again from 20dec to 30 jan. I tried to contact Georges but until now I didnt recieve an answerd.We are with 4 people and need 2 rooms in de ancient building,if possible ground. greatings for the manager,georges and the whole crew.
